Landmark Flooring has been family owned and operated since 1991 when Nick Cinquepalmi started the business as a carpet cleaning operation. Over the years and hundreds of customers later, Nick realized he could expand his cleaning-based business in Orland Park, Illinois to provide his current customers with multiple types of flooring needs such as carpet and hardwood products. Now 26 years later, Landmark Flooring is a full service flooring business dedicated to serving the Chicagoland area!

Landmark Flooring has a solid business model and continues to grow its customer base daily. Lastly, we understand the needs of our customers whatever the size or type of project. Where the Landmark Name Came From

In the early 1980s, my father created Landmark Transportation Services in the Chicagoland area. As a young boy I watched my father work very hard to make his business work. Unfortunately in the early 1990s he was forced to shut down the business due to bad economic times. As I was growing up I decided that the name "Landmark" should mean something for our family. So as a salute to my father's dedication and commitment, I decided to create my flooring business using the Landmark name. I wish to carry on this name in our family as a reflection of his dedication. I will always strive to make this family business something my father and the rest of my family will be proud of.
